This workshop will detail how teams can develop psychological safety, dependability, structure, clarity, meaning, and impact as the foundation of team success. Leveraging  cultural proficiency to address systemic inequities within the education system; connect asset-based practices with improvement processes to shift mindsets; build relationships; and close opportunity gaps. Participants will gain insight into creating environments for teams to be successful and intentionally and effectively implement strategies to break down systemic inequities.
