About me
I am a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with nine years of experience working with severe behaviors. I earned my undergraduate degree in rehabilitation services and my master’s degree in counseling, specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). My focus is using evidence-based strategies to improve socially significant behaviors. As a BCBA, I analyze behaviors to identify the factors that maintain those behaviors and develop intervention plans aimed at reducing unwanted behaviors. My experience spans various settings, including schools, private clinics, and in-home based therapy, and I have worked with individuals aged 2 to 40 years old. In the school setting, I offer my expertise through the development of proactive class-wide interventions, crisis support, training, and coaching. As a district BCBA, my goal is to foster an optimal learning environment and support all school personnel.
